Functieprofiel

Als allround medewerker plantenkwekerij ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor:

• Orders klaar maken
• Oppotten
• Planten
• Gewasverzorging
• Rooien
• Rijden met tractoren, heftruck, loader en overige machines (zoals rooimachine) mits in bezit van benodigde certificaten
• Aansturing van alle voorkomende werkzaamheden (bijvoorbeeld het aansturen van scholieren of buitenlandse medewerkers)

Je bent een echte allrounder, houdt van afwisselend werk en bent graag bezig in en met de natuur.
Je werkt dan ook voornamelijk buiten en deinst niet terug voor vieze handen.

Functieprofiel

Job description: Packing strawberry plants inside and outside on the field.
Trays with strawberry plants are shaken on a conveyor belt by a few employees.
Most employees have to remove the yellow leaves and weeds and then pack the strawberry plants in crates. The crates must be stacked on pallets.
It is mainly standing work.
The work is in a heated shed.
Some employees have to load trays with strawberry plants outside on carts and drive inside. This is ± 2 hours a day.
It is physical work, you have to be in good condition.
We work every day from 7.30 to 17.30 ( 9 hours net). We have 2 breaks of 15 minutes and at 12.30 a break of 30 minutes.
In consultation we can also work on Saturdays.
It is 3 weeks work. Week 48-49-50
In total you work with 25 colleagues from AB Werkt. (Polish and Romanian)
The owner Rob is in charge
Additional information:
The employee takes care of sturdy work shoes, boots and rainwear.
Preferably the employee should provide his or her own safety shoes.
It is mandatory to have your identity card every day.
It is forbidden for an employee to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs when starting work, or during working hours.
